Information
is entering into Log file after you clicked on Save button on PC-Panel. Bellow is an
example of such entry:

Program creates this
entry every time when you start or refreshed Cafe Manger. This is current Date and Time |

This entry is in Comma
Separated Values format. From left to right :
- PC-Panel number
- Starting time
- Ending time
- Time spent
- Break down charges for services i.e. Coffee, Tea etc.
- User and his charge for time spent
- Total |
The log file can be imported into the
Microsoft Access or Microsof Excel.
Open Blank MS Access database. From File Menu select Get External data >
Import.
Select Files of Types : Text Files (.....*.csv...)
Navigate to the Cafe Manager log file you would like to import and Open it.
Then follow instructions of the Wizard Import.
