Advanced usage of Log files

Bellow are extracts from two log files:
Default Log file (user can see it from Cafe Manager)	Copy of Log file (Only authorized person should know location of this file)

Now lets, examine it line by line. Lines in blue and red are the extra information written by program into Copy of Log file only. Please note that colors were used here just for visual purposes.

"****** 14:41 PC 5 was started: PC 5,00:15,00:15, Goods:$0.00, Student:$0.01, Total:$0.01" - PC 5 was started at 14:41 in n "User pays before" mode for 15mins time period
As you can see 3 PC-panels were started...
"PC 5,00:15,00:00, Goods:$0.00, Student:$1.25, Total:$1.25" - 15 minutes period elapsed for customer using PC 5. He paid student charge of $1.25. Member of staff saved transaction.
"****** 14:56 PC 5 was cleared: PC 5,00:15,00:00, Goods:$0.00, Student:$1.25, Total:$1.25" - Member of staff cleared PC5 at 14:56.( Right after he saved it)
"PC 12 ,14:40,14:56, Goods:$1.40, Guest:$1.60, Total:$3.00" - Customer finished using PC 12 at 14:56.He was charged at Guest rate and he consumed goods on $1.40. Total charge was $3.00 and member of staff saved transaction.
"****** 14:56 PC 12 was cleared: PC 12 ,14:40,14:56, Goods:$1.40, Guest:$1.60, Total:$3.00" - Member of staff cleared PC12 at 14:56.( Right after he saved it)
"****** 14:58 PC 9 was cleared: PC 9 ,14:40,, Goods:$2.00, :$Unfinished, Total:$Unfinished" - PC 9 was cleared   at 14:58, after it was used by customer for 18 minutes and $2.00 worth goods were consumed. By some reason member of staff did not saved this transaction.
