will use selected control method as default when loading. You can always easily switch
between two controls for every PC-panel.

pays after - Also known as: Pay-As-You-Go. It means that user will pay for the time he/she
spent using computer. In this mode you can assign Minimum
Time Period. Go to menu Tools>Options and select Options tab
- User
pays before - Also can be referred as Prepaid Mode.
In this case user has to tell you how much money or time he/she wants to spend. Program
will calculate charge based on rate for this user. After that you can click 'Start'
button on PC Panels to initiate countdown.
In this mode Minimum Time Period is ignored.
