Options:

Enter Currency sign you would like displayed within the program.

Enter Number of PC-panels you want to use. This should correspond to the numbers of PCs in your network.

Minimum Time Period
Minimum Time Period is used by Cafe Manager for calculating a minimum charge for the user based on its rate (price per hour)

Program has 4 Minimum Time periods on which Minimum Charge will apply.

1 minute

10 minutes

15 minutes

20 minutes

30 minutes

Minimum Time Period: 15 min.

Charge Options
Charge Options is the actual way of how Cafe Manager will be calculating charge for the user, based on Minimum Time Period you specified.
Program has 2 Charge Options according to which total charge for time spent is calculate.

Minimum Charge will apply on Minimum Time Period and then by 1 minute.

Minimum Charge by Minimum Time Period

Example:
Minimum Time Period: 15 min.
Charge option: Minimum charge will apply on Minimum Time Period and then by 1 minute.
